Several report forms are offered so that you don’t have to pay for more of a report than you really need. Extremely fast turn-around - 2 to 4 day average on single-family residences and verbal summaries are available sooner. We offer EDI transmission in PDF format of our appraisal reports, which speeds the process. When we promise you a deadline, you’ll find we honor it.

Mortgage lenders should note that we strive to keep you informed. We contact you immediately if and when a major problem is encountered. We provide immediate borrower contact. During normal business hours, we will try to contact the borrower/client within 24 hours of receipt of an order. If there is a problem with the phone number or the borrower is hesitant to set an appointment, you will be informed immediately to let you know of a problem. Additionally, we strive to be courteous and considerate of the borrower. We insist on detailed inspections that give your customer the confidence that we are careful and will not miss something that may influence the appraisal.

We are available to advise and educate as needed. We recognize that potential clients may not understand the appraisal process or be aware of the many appraisal options available to them.
